My name is Małgorzata Figiel-Koźlak and for more than fifteen years, I’ve been helping businesses align strategy with people.

I’m a strategist, interim manager and transformation leader working where business needs not just a plan, but empathy and the courage to act.

I have managed projects financed through national and EU funds (EFS, NCBR, Erasmus+, SMART) as well as educational and strategic initiatives in collaboration with international partners (EIT and HEI Initiative).
